Earning Structure
Imagine being able to earn a recurring residual income from your downline referrals. Think about the possibilities!
All agents enter at the 80% commission level. We do require that agents have at least one year of ACTIVE real estate experience with closed transaction experience.
Why do we require this?
While we provide online training, file review and continued hands-on management... because we recruit statewide, it is important for our agents to have some understanding and experience of paperwork processes and transaction management. Because we start our agents out at top level commissions, we do expect to receive top level commission work, which requires that you should bring some experience to the table.
Once you join our brokerage, you are given a complete outline of our file management requirements. You will have immediate access to our online training, articles, ecourses, and newsletters. You also have a direct line to the Broker, as well as telephone training calls with the Broker, assigned Senior Affiliate or Management Team Member. Additionally, you are also given an opportunity to increase your income earning potential through our residual downline referrals income earning program.
How Does The Residual Referral Income Work?
Agents have the opportunity to earn income from their referrals, including earning from downline referrals. This means that if you refer one person to the company, upon the successful closing of that individuals transaction, you earn 5% of the total commission amount paid to your referral. This fee is paid from the companies earnings, and not deducted from the earnings of the referral.
But it gets better! If the person you refer to the company refers someone to the company, you receive 3% commission from the commission paid to the referral upon the successful close of their escrow as well. And, if that 2nd downline referral (the person brought in by your original referral), refers someone to the company, you additionally receive 2% commission upon the successful closing of their escrow. You receive ongoing earnings up to an automatic total of a downline of 3 referralss; however, the opportunity to increase your downline earnings grows based upon the number of referrals you bring into our organization.

If you refer over 10 people to the company, your downline earnings tier grows to 5. Refer over 20 people to the company, your downline earning tier grows to 7. Refer over 30 people to the company, your downline tier grows to 10 deep. The possibilities and earning potential is enormous and unending. You continue to receive your downline earnings as long as you and any member of your downline remains active with the company.

All commissions and referral residuals are paid upon closed and completed transactions.
